Katie Farmand is a food stylist and the editor of Edible Orlando magazine. A native Floridian, she grew up deep-sea fishing with her grandparents and enjoying homegrown tomatoes in the wintertime. She is the co-author of “Field to Feast: Recipes Celebrating Florida Farmers, Chefs and Artisans” and “Good Catch: Recipes and Stories Celebrating the Best of Florida’s Waters.”
